Isha's supervision over the past year has led me to be a much better clinician. Her emphasis on inclusivity, advocacy, and the discussion of culture in the therapy room allows me to feel more comfortable seeing diverse clients. Her excellent supervision makes me feel more comfortable in the therapy room and I know that it is safe to approach her with any problems or feelings that I may be dealing with. It is evident that she genuinely cares about each of the trainees that she supervises and their clients.

Such an important and timely topic! I appreciate the timing of this seminar later in our training after the majority of us have been exposed to TF-CBT and working with trauma exposed populations. This workshop was really engaging and there was a great use of illustrative examples. I found the presentation pacing and cohesion to be particularly impressive. I also appreciated receiving the articles to read ahead of time!

Very well organized and professional presentation. Wonderful speaker. While some of what was presented caused me to want to get defensive, I choose to acknowledge my responses, stay and listen with an open mind and figure out what pieces of what she was talking about I could address from my position as an individual and professional. Thanks for that opportunity!
